October 16, 1915.  A cute newspaper illustration advertising Baby Days at a local store.  A trained baby nurse would be on hand to care for the babies while the parents shopped.

Fun With AUNT ELSIE from 1919

 August 03, 1919.  The AUNT ELSIE page always had a project for kids to make.  "Here's a jolly usefulness for my little artists to make.  Everyone wants a book mark, and here are three that will make any story merrier.  Trace these on nice cardboard, leaving the marker ends as long as you wish.  Cover their faces and caps with the jolliest colors and then see them laugh at you over the top of the page."

April 24, 1915.  I think this newspaper illustration is charming.  THE GARDEN GIRL could be made into a lovely greeting card.  I looked but could not find the name of the illustrator.
