 February 1924.  Here is CECILLE paper doll from the BETTY Cut-Out Series.  She has purchased a Valentine present and baked a marble cake.

CECILLE has three more outfits including her Queen of Hearts costume. I could not get the doll and all her clothes to fit on one page.
