Billy the Snowman Paper Doll

1924.  From the "Betty Cut-Out Series".  Billy the Cut-Out as a paper doll snowman.  The Betty Cut-Out series ran in many newspapers in the early 1920's.  It was a series of paper dolls to cut out and color.
