It's RODEO Time in Houston

January 23, 1976.  Howdy, it's time to RODEO.  Memorial Park is full of fun-loving cowboys and cowgirls ready to ride in the HOUSTON RODEO PARADE tomorrow morning.  Happy GO-TEXAN Day to everybody.  Even RONALD MCDONALD  is celebrating in this newspaper coloring contest.
